(4) The track number refers to the track on the practice CD created by Rob Standfield for the 2009 offering at Gaden Choling.
(5) The verse numbers refer to the two reference texts used. The text marked in the table as "Lama Chopa" is "The Guru Puja and the Hundreds of Dieties of the Land of Joy" (Library of Tibeatan Works and Archives, Daramsala, India. orig. pub. 1979, 2nd revised ed. 1984). The text marked in the table as "Long Life Puja" was created for an earlier offering at Gaden Choling, and is titled "Kha Dro Ten Zug: Dakini Long Life Puja for the Holy Lamas." When a text is specifically available for the 2009 offering, in the near future, these verse numbers will be edited to refer to the verses in that text.
